I’m reaching out with the next steps for securing your digital assets and documents through smart contracts and permanent data vault access.

Everyone is still working on getting their documents in order so we had to revise the strategy to ensure notice is received prior to the November 5th World Leaders Vote.

I've uploaded key document for protection while everyone gets their core documents and files together. It is a way to ensure they do not include those participating in their global schemes:

Modified Strategy

Since no participant has completed the full process yet, and to ensure maximum security, we have decided to reconfigure the Binder Private Data Vault to meet our strict privacy standards. This reconfiguration will enhance protection, ensuring that each participant has exclusive and secure access to their files. NEW LINKS WILL BE SENT STARTING THIS EVENING.

Notice of Upcoming Smart Contracts:

We have modified the process, and you will soon be given formal notice regarding the five smart contracts that will govern access to and management of your key documents. These smart contracts are being set-up to:

1. Protect your divine rights and assets.
2. Facilitate secure uploads and permanent storage within the Private Data Vault.
3. Provide internationally recognized certification of your documents.
4. Empower you with access to self-executing contracts designed to prevent unlawful actions against your divine status.
5. Ensure global legal recognition of your divine title and intellectual property.

5 Opt-Out smart contracts - These documents may eliminate the need for the Affidavit of Non-Consent. This system requires payment by crypto only. These links are to the blockchain registered documents that will be placed on smart contracts for enforcement along with the International Decree to the World Leaders (watch for the draft this week). :

Signing the Global World Leaders Decree:

Additionally, as part of this process, each participant will be required to electronically sign the Global World Leaders Decree from the Most High.

This decree is a powerful declaration that will be presented to world leaders, affirming our divine status and the legal rights that come with it. Signing the decree is a crucial step in aligning your documents and status with the divine mandate.

Once the vault reconfiguration is complete and the smart contracts are finalized, I will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with uploading your documents and signing off on the decree.

2. This document serves as official verification of your birth and citizenship, certified by the Coast Guard, establishing your title and legal standing in maritime law.

9. Holy Writ of Mandamus Incorporation into Copyright DHS Registration
10. A sacred legal writ providing a mandate for the protection and enforcement of your divine rights, offering recourse in cases of fraud, war, or genocide against your status.
11. Permanent Injunction Incorporation into Copyright DHS Registration
12. This document establishes a permanent injunction, legally barring any entity from infringing upon your divine rights, titles, or assets.
13. Securities and Exchange Commission T3 - Bargaining Security Agreement
14. Coverage incorporated into private Security Agreement ensuring multi-jurisdictional protection of your assets and intellectual property.

Note: You will not have access to the Binder Private Data Vault until the new account is set up and payment is received.

Payments Must Be Sent to Coinbase:

All payments received this week must be sent by crypto currency in order to get the Smart Contracts set-up. If you have a crypto account use it to submit. Otherwise please send CASHAPP to the designated account below.

To complete the $150 setup fee, please use the following instructions:

1. Open your Coinbase account.
2. Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to use for payment (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).
