Any change can feel uncomfortable, overwhelming and scary at first. However, the process and outcome can be rewarding when we finally take the plunge.

This week I'm in Costa Rica with my husband and two other couples, on the Pacific side, in a beautiful little town called Tamarindo. Taking time to recharge is so important. I want to share my adventure with my friends.
