✅ Research the company and interviewers - tailor your pitch to resonate

✅ Craft and practice a compelling "Tell me about yourself" pitch that showcases your unique value and tailors to the job description

✅ Prep for situational and behavioral questions using the STAR, SAR or PAR technique - have specific examples ready, emphasize your strengths and accomplishments in your responses
