🏆 I have led various initiatives focused on empowering immigrants through knowledge and skills acquisition in readiness for careers in the tech ecosystem. I have done these consistently since 2019 via various online platforms.


🏆 I have led a team of like-minded individuals to provide FREE training, mentoring, and coaching services valued at over $250,000 CAD.


🏆 I have partnered with organizations to plan and execute various Internship programs that helped community members gain practical experience equipping them with the skills and confidence they need for the job.


🏆 I have hosted over 500 hours of FREE webinars.


🏆 I manage a community for professionals that are new or aspiring to start careers in the tech ecosystem, providing them with valuable resources, connections, and networks to achieve their career goals.


🏆 I actively connect trained and equipped professionals with my network of recruiters and hiring managers to land jobs available in the hidden job market.


🏆 I have coordinated resume clinics where we have helped over 40 professionals update their resumes for effective job search.


🏆 I also collaborated with the past IIBA Halifax board to restart local chapter activities.


🏆 As the Director of Professional Development @ IIBA Halifax, I continue to leverage the tools, resources, and networks available from the IIBA global to empower more people in our community, helping them unleash their geniuses while creating a more diverse and inclusive community for Business analysis professionals globally.

 

My work as a career coach and mentor has transformed the lives of over 5,000 people, including over 3000 immigrants, across several countries in North America, Africa, Europe, and Australia, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to start careers in tech.


This has resulted in improved earning power for individuals and enabled them to afford their dream homes and decent lifestyles, overall promoting sustainable economic growth within our community.
