🔶 Risk: Describes the game plan to actively identify, analyze and manage project risks.

🔶 Issues: Promptly Identify, analyze and resolve project issues to minimize adverse effects on the project.

🔶 Scope: This covers all activities that actively manages in scope work items to ensure successful completion, while managing deviations from the approved project scope, schedule, budget and benefits.

🔶 Change: Activities to evaluate, prioritize, approve and execute changes, while minimizing adverse impact of change to the business and expected project outcomes.
