The project management approach (PMA) outlines how the project will be managed and executed. It involves defining the project's goals and objectives, as well as the strategies and processes that will be used to achieve those goals.

It include elements such as project scope, budget, timeline, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication plans.

One analogy that could be used to compare the project management approach and the project implementation approach is that of a road trip. The project management approach (PMA) can be thought of as the overall route and plan for the trip, including the destination, the stops along the way, and the mode of transportation.
