Just 2 weeks into our program, and they’re already diving headfirst into real-world project.

🌟 Spotlight on Our Current Project: We’ve embarked on a project - migrating a client's business records and products to a new system. With so much at stake, including potential data loss, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring no disruption to customer services, our new BAs didn't shy away. Instead, they rolled up their sleeves and jumped right in!

Here’s the Play-by-Play of some of the activities and experiences our BAs have already acquired:

Research & Elicitation - Our learners delved deep, gathering essential data, asking pertinent questions, and ensuring no stone was left unturned to thoroughly understand the NEEDs and Business goals of our client

Brainstorming Solutions - With a myriad of migration methodologies out there, our BAs collaboratively brainstormed to pinpoint the ideal approach tailored for our client’s unique requirements.

Show and Tell - Armed with PowerPoint slides, our BAs confidently pitched their thought-out data migration approach, detailing step-by-step how they intend to minimize risks and maximize outcomes for the client's project.
