This project will stretch you and sharpen your skills. You will:

• Scope the work and create a full work plan
• Plan and conduct elicitation sessions with the client
• Write requirements and user stories to define system configuration
• Test the configured system to ensure it aligns with the client’s business goals
• Plan and conduct end-user training sessions
• Document onboarding processes, SOPs, and user manuals
• Document a support model to manage the system post–go live
