What is the Prosci Change Management Certification?

It is the most sought-after organizational change management certification in the World! It equips you with the tools, know-how, and support you need to drive successful change in your organizations.

It's a three-day experiential session where you get the opportunity to apply Prosci’s methodology and ADKAR Model to one of your active projects.
