Working with me on a real-life client project taught her that Business Analysis is more than just writing requirements.

One of my students recently shared her story after completing a project through Pollard Learning.

Here’s what she said in her own words:

“This project made me understand that Business Analysis is more than capturing and eliciting requirements. As a Business Analyst, you have to understand the operations of the company involved, because that will guide you on what and how to gather the requirements needed for the project to be successful.”

And the transformation didn’t stop there.

“Another great lesson I learned was working in an Agile environment. Previously, everything I knew about Agile was purely theoretical. But during the project, I collaborated with project managers, organizational change managers, and other Business Analysts. This gave me a comprehensive understanding of Agile principles in practice.”
