This week's tip: Do things 'bit-by-bit". Embrace the concept of "chunking" which is to break down larger tasks into smaller, more manageable parts. A great way to do this is to us the Pomodoro Technique:

1. Choose a Task
2. Break it Down
3. Set a Timer (25 mins)
4. Work Intensely
5. Take a short break (5 mins)
6. Repeat
7. Longer breaks (After 4 Pomodoro sessions, take a 15-30 min. break)
