We hope your week has been full of excitement and opportunity! Whatever your challenges this week, we hope you've been able to implement the affirmations practice we did last week. If you're new, you can check out the replay in the facebook group.

✨1. Today is the day where we are going to dive into some negative emotions and share actions you can take to help overcome/process through making it easier to persevere in life and enjoy the journey. That will be another 10-15min. exercise today at 6pm MST in the Visionary Circle FB Group.
