Using this Plan & Conquer Sheet will allow you to join the ranks of the chosen few as you hone in on the habits you require to show up at your greatest. It's divided into two parts, one where you plan out your day by jotting down what you're truly grateful for along with affirmations (or what I call "declarations") to alter your beliefs of what's really possible for you.


Then you write your top 3 goals for the month (which obviously stay the same every day of the month lol) and follow that up with the other habits you need like reading,cold shower,meditation, journaling,exercise,etc. Basically these are your non negotiables for your day.


After this you put down your top 3 core tasks for the day that will produce momentum, satisfaction and actual progress in your professional career. Follow that up with personal tasks like a haircut or mowing the lawn...because we all have random errands and things we need to do (or could get others to do for us) that pop up in our day unexpectedly or we just have been neglecting to deal with.


In the second part you will reflect on what went well so you can course correct if necessary to accomplish even more the next day. It's best to fill out your habits and your core 3 for the month, core 3 business tasks for the day and core 3 personal tasks for your day the NIGHT BEFORE so you can jump right into your work and produce stuff that matters!
