Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (Experience dependent)
Full-time, permanent role
Joining this team will appeal if you are looking to develop your career in a fast-paced environment, with a company that puts customer support at the heart of everything they do.
You should have relevant experience, either working in-house or with another IT services or comms provider, plus a real interest in new technology.
A typical day might involve:
• Speaking to customers helping to resolve faults or technical questions.
• Provisioning new services, or dealing with requests for Moves, Adds and Changes.
• Growing your technical and product knowledge so you can take on more responsibility
• Delivering IT estate and quality audits, ensuring customers are safe and compliant..........
