📍 Grove Gardens, Hythe

🕣 8:30 am (I'll be there from 8:15 if you'd like to arrive early for a chat and to get settled)

🧘‍♀️ 40–45 minute class

💷 £5 per person

🌟 Beginner friendly – no complicated moves, easy-to-follow movement with a gorgeous view!

I’m really sorry we couldn’t make the 19th work, but if you’re free Saturday, let’s start the day together with some gentle movement, fresh air, and good company. There’ll also be the optional bonus of a little walk around the marina afterwards if you'd like to stay on.
