Hey everyone, I am really looking forward to welcoming you to Lepe beach on Saturday morning.
Class will be starting at 7.30am. Please come on in to The Lookout from 7.20am. As you look at The Lookout from the bottom car park, the door to the right will be open
What you'll need :
Mat
Water
Small hand Towel
Wear active wear/comfy clothes to move and stretch in.
It's probably best to park in the bottom car park.
Just a suggestion, if you are attending with a friend then it would be a good idea to car share to share on parking fee. I have 2 spaces in my car, will be leaving my house in Hollybank at 6.45am but you could come with me and take a walk or relax while I set up :) Leaving your car at mine.
Please complete this health check form before Friday evening. If you have already completed one this year you do not need to complete again.
