I have a couple of updates for you.

And in other news, I have a spinal operation next Wednesday 31st July.
I think I will be off work around 4 weeks. This is one of the reasons for the extra Monday evening classes but I have also been busy recording some new classes for you.
New classes will be uploaded to "New 2024 Classes" area in the members site next week and I will make it clear which ones are the new ones. I'll keep you posted.
I will be back to the Live Wednesday classes as soon as it is safe for me to return. I will certainly miss it that's for sure.
Anyway, this week we continue as usual. Maybe see you tonight and hope to see you Wednesday for our usual class.
