***These leads will be from consumers who are age 64 and will be turning 65. All appropriate Medicare disclaimers are added to your leads and advertisements by default.***

Ramp Up 10 Pack: 10 Exclusive Real-Time Never Shared T65 Leads. $400
Best Value 20 Pack: 20 Exclusive Real-Time Never Shared T65 Leads. $700
Each Lead comes with the following info manually submitted in real-time:
- Do you already have a Medicare Part A & B card?
- Do you receive financial assistance from your state such as Medicaid or a Low-Income Subsidy?
- Are you currently paying out of pocket for dental, vision, hearing or transportation services right now?
- Full Name (First & Last Name)
- Full Birthday (Month, Day, Year)
- Male or Female
- Address + Zip Code
- The Best Phone number for 30 min consultation
- Preferred Time to be called
- Date submitted

Why choose us? Good leads are hard to find. We have a unique method that allows us to target consumers right before they turn 65. Our leads are always exclusive, never shared or resold, and always delivered to you in real-time. All orders are started within 72 hours and leads are delivered right to your inbox!
We have limited capacity for incoming orders to be fulfilled. Most orders will begin within 72 business hours of submitting your order unless we have a long waiting list. (which will begin to fill the second I hit send on this email)
If you would like to skip the line and push to the front it would be an additional $100 on top of your order. All orders will be fulfilled on a first- come first serve basis otherwise.

If you are ready to submit an order all you need to do is reply to this email with the plan you would like to get started with and the following info:
- Your email address: The address you want us to send your order status updates.
- The states you would like to receive leads in:
- How would you like to receive your leads: Via email, sms, or both (I recommend both)
- Where should the leads be sent: (The emails and phone numbers the leads should be forwarded to)
- Which Lead Plan: Starter, 10 pack, or Best Value Pack
As soon as we receive your submission we will send you a custom payment link to get started and your own google tracking sheet to mark the status of your leads.
Our Refund Policy: We will replace your leads for any of the following reasons:
- Outside of the Geographic Location
- Over the Age of 65
- Wrong or Disconnected Phone numbers
To submit a lead for a refund, you will simply mark the lead on your google sheet as a bad lead, then state the reason why.
