I wanted to do a run-down on all MGL clients to make sure everything was working properly.
This only applies if your campaign is active and RUNNING.
A few things on the check-list to look into and confirm:
- Check that all your leads are being sent to the Google sheet accurately with no problem.
- Check that the Kickstarter Campaign is firing on Click send within 5 minutes of a new lead coming through. (check if you have click-send SMS credits available and top off if not.)
- Verify you are receiving an SMS, and email with every lead.
- Calls are being booked on the correct calendar.
- You are receiving all my emails and not landing in spam.
Once you have verified all of the above, can you please respond with "all good" or respond back with any things that you find that need to be taken care of.
We do this not because something is broken, but because it's healthy to run maintenance checks every so often.
