Hey, Jesse here with a super quick update.

I ran the $9/mo personal plan experiment last week to see if price was stopping individual developers from trying imdone.

The results were small but clear: a couple new customers signed up almost immediately, which is more traction than I saw at $18/mo.

So here’s what I’m doing next:

• $9/mo will stay as the Personal License

• Team pricing stays at $18/user/mo

• My focus now shifts to clearer messaging and faster onboarding

The experiment did what it needed to do — it showed that pricing was part of the friction, but not the whole story. Now I can focus on the parts that actually help developers see value faster.
