Hi everyone!

This is my first attempt at organizing an internal newsletter for team members. The formatting and structure may change but the key information is here. Please share any feedback on things to add or change if anything comes to mind.

Big Events

The next six weeks will be crazy busy! Here's a rundown of the big events. Please reply as soon as possible about attending any of these, so I can make sure I have enough help for each event. You either reply to this email, call or use the text thread.

3. Nov. 2 - 8am to 12pm - First Methodist Waco Preschool & Daycare (Day 1)
4. Nov. 3 - 8am to 12pm - First Methodist Waco Preschool & Daycare (Day 2)
5. Nov. 4 - 12pm to 2pm - Texas Dynasty Gymnastics
6. Nov. 5 - 10am to 4pm - Texas Legends Volleyball
7. Nov. 18 - 8:30am to 2pm - Vanguard Winter Team Photos
8. Nov. 21 - 12pm to 2pm - Vanguard HS Boys Basketball Team Photos
9. Nov. 30 - 1:30pm to 3:30 pm - RVMS Girls Basketball Team Photos
10. Dec. 6 - 7am to 9am and 1:30pm to 4:30pm - MMS Girls & Boys Basketball Team Photos

The Meetup at Startup Waco

This event is great for practicing event photos and learning to interact with other business people. Feel free to reach out and schedule a day to join me. The time is from 8:45 to 10:00am.
