We hope that you all had a great holiday season and enjoyed your time with your family and pets! We have been busy getting our January boxes together and revamping a few things on our website so we can better serve you. Here is what we have been working on:
- We have tweaked our ordering system to give you more control over your subscriptions. Now when you choose a monthly subscription you will be able to pause or cancel it at any time through your account with us.
- You are also able to change your subscription whenever you like. What this means is that if you have both cats and dogs you can change your subscription back and forth between the two boxes every month or as often as you like.
- Subscriptions will now all be charged on the 8th of each month, and will ship by the 15th. (Existing annual and semi-annual boxes will still go out earlier). This means that you have until the 7th of each month to make any changes that you want to your subscription.
- You also now will have the option to add an additional toy, treat or accessory (or all) to your box each month. This can also be changed every month.
- If there is a product from the previous month's box that you would like more of (ie. more Bizzles to stuff your toy) we can add that into your next shipment for no additional shipping charge. We are working on adding these products to the website but for the January box if there is anything additional you would like please email us and we will make it happen.
- Don't forget to check out the blog on our website and our new Facebook group for enrichment recipes and ideas on what you can do with the item we send you every month....and we would LOVE to hear your ideas on how to use the products and see your dogs using them. We want to hear any input on what type of products you would like to see in the boxes and how the products that we have chosen have worked (or not) for you and your pets so we can continue to improve our boxes.
