Last year, I did a podcast interview with a property investor who owns 53 properties in UK. 

How did she do it? She invests in a unique type of landed properties called Social Housing.

And during my recent catch up with her, she revealed that in 2022 all her properties were up by double digits in prices while getting average 7.5% net rental yield!

As a UK property investor myself, I am blown away! 🤯
