Happy 2023! I just want to start the year by giving everyone and update on the Invest with Pete community and how you can benefit from it!

2022 has been a challenging year to say the least. Overall, I am happy that I lowered my equities exposure while increased my property allocation going into last year and that has turned out pretty well.

Property Investments

Last year, I also started to do 1-on-1 Property Consultation more actively as many of you asked for help! And I'm happy to help more than 60 families in their property portfolio and gaining more than $100million in property value!

To celebrate that, we held a Client Appreciation Lunch for those who bought or sold a property with my partner agents. We had a lot of good sharing and great fun during the Appreciation Lunch 😊

During lunch, I shared my insights into Property Market in 2023, price projections for Condos and HDBs and lastly, the top 2 new launches this year.

Stocks Investments

In 2022, SP500 fell 19.4% while NASDAQ fell 33%. However, it doesn't mean money can't be made during bear market.

How? It is through options. Mainly selling options and option spreads. My options portfolio was up 21% so that helped to cushion the rest of the portfolio.

How will 2023 be? I am still quite optimistic because the economic data, while has weakened, is not too damning and Fed has shown some signs of slow pivot (Although I thought they should just tighten just a bit longer)

So for 2023, with prices coming down steadily, I will be actively looking for good prices in good companies. I will share more of that on my Telegram channel and for those of you who are in OM Mentorship, definitely watch out for more updates this year.

I will also continue to teach Options Investing at Next Level. In fact, we have a class this weekend! So for those of you who are new to options and would like to add to your portfolio, do join us here.
