Only for those interested in UK property investment

Morning! We had a great session last night with Germaine from Crestbrick. She shared some amazing details about the upcoming UK property bulk deal. I summarised it below for you.

Summary:

✅Price range: 1BR ~GBP425k, 2BR ~GBP550k (43% undervalued compared to a neighbouring project)

✅Highly Accessible: This project is only 15 mins train ride to Central London

✅Healthy Rental yield of 5-7% (As compared to Singapore 2-3%)

✅Bulk Deal Discount: The current bulk deal will provide another further 10% discount from the price above. 

Most importantly, in UK, you only take the loan when the project is completed which is in 2026. Therefore, you will not need to pay any mortgage interest under the current high interest rates. 

✅So this is most ideal for investors, as I want to pay as little as I can (My personal view is interest rate will normalise back in 2024/2025)

With UK property prices rising and yet GBP at all time low, I believe it is a great opportunity to invest in UK property which is why I personally bought 2 units earlier this year (how I wish I can buy now at the amazing FX rate 😂)
