Dear Investors,

Thank you for being a client of the Truffle Portfolio.

As a non-US citizen investor, you are required submit your W-8BEN form.

The W-8BEN form is required by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as your account in Truffle Portfolio is investing in US holdings.

The submission deadline is 31st Dec 2023.

Please submit this by the deadline otherwise it will affect your US holdings.

Send scanned copy of the duly completed form to w8ben@phillip.com.sg from your registered email address as per our records

Each of the joint account holders are to submit their own scanned copies of the W-8ben form from their respective email address on the same day.
