FAQ:

If I can't make it this time, when is the next UK property deal?

🤷 I don't know. The last time we shared about UK property deal was in June and it was fully subscribed. I wish I can find more deals like those, but they are really hard to come by because I have a strict criteria set. So if you missed the previous deal in June, don’t missed it again (I don’t know when the next one will be, given how strict my screening is)

Who should consider UK properties?

✅If you already owned a residential property under your name, and you are not looking to flip it in 2-3 years. That means your sg property game is done for now, then you can explore overseas.

✅If you want to invest in properties that are self-sustaining. SG properties tend to be cashflow negative, while UK properties tend to be cashflow positive. So you don’t have to input more cash while holding onto them.

✅ If you have reached your TDSR and can’t buy a property in SG. UK doesn’t use TDSR so you are more likely to be loan approved.

✅ If you want to buy with friends or family. In UK, you can open a limited company to buy properties without additional tax, unlike SG.

✅ If you think that SG properties are too crazy expensive and you want to buy somewhere that is cheaper! Singapore min. $900k but in UK, it can be as low as £250k 😂😂 (I know this might offend some people)

Who should NOT invest in UK properties?

❌ If you are in financial troubles such as credit card debt 💳or loan shark 🦈 debt, property investment can come later.

❌ If you are saving up for your own stay in the next 2-3 years. While the current UK opportunities may be good 😭, it is more important to settle your own stay property first.

❌ If you are not open minded, and just want to invest in your home country. I understand the idea of “home bias”, I am not here to change your mind. I am sharing what I do, you must decide for yourself. 😂
