Thanks to someone kind (you know who you are), I realized I messed up.

If you got an email from me that started with “Dear [Name]” — yeah, that was me forgetting to swap out a placeholder before hitting send.

Classic too-many-tabs, not-enough-coffee situation.

But hey — it’s also proof that I’m actually on the other side of these emails. I read the replies. I screw up sometimes. And yes, I do respond.
