What Is A Nervous Breakdown?
Thankfully a nervous breakdown sounds more dramatic than it is.
Not that it isn’t something to take very seriously – it’s a warning signal that you have been living your life the wrong way and your mind and body can’t take the inordinate stress levels they are being dragged through. Negative emotions are okay to have, they just aren't good for your body over a prolonged period of time.
When I see clients who are on the edge of ‘cracking up’ they all follow a very similar pattern – a background of massive, chronic, intolerable stress that they have been putting up with as if they were some kind of masochistic beast of burden.
STOP!
You aren’t meant to feel hyper-stressed on a daily basis; if you are, it’s time to take a good look at things.
It is said that everyone is only 4 major stressors away from overload.
I actually think most people juggle more than that on a daily basis but the idea behind the generalization is you have limits. We can only process so much information.
Don’t you think it’s time to re-evaluate your priorities, goals, dreams, and coping strategies?
The fact is I can teach you how to restore your sense of balance in about an hour.
When you find a sense of calm you can start to recover.
This will allow you some time and resources you need to heal.
I can show you techniques from the latest findings in neuroscience combined with mindfulness exercises to lift that useless, unnecessary weight you have been carrying around with you for far too long, now.
Just click here to take the first step. Remember, without taking action nothing will ever change.
Hypnotically,
