Something New at NWGA Coaching

Happy Wednesday!
Hope you're doing well and crushing it in whatever you're up to!
Listen, I wanted to talk to you about something really important that I think everyone needs - a mental wellness coach. I know, I know, it might sound a little bit "woo-woo", but hear me out.
We all know that life can be a bit of a rollercoaster, right? Some days we're on top of the world, and other days it can feel like everything is crashing down around us. That's just the nature of being human. But the thing is, when we're in those low moments, it can be really hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We get stuck in our own heads, and it can be tough to figure out how to get out of our own way.
That's where I come in. I am like your own personal cheerleaders, but instead of just telling you to "rah rah sis boom bah", I actually help you figure out how to navigate the tough stuff. I will help you identify patterns in your thinking that might be holding you back(sometimes those things will be immediately evident, and sometimes they will come to your conscious attention after you leave your session), and I will give you tools and strategies to help you break free from those negative patterns.
Plus, I am fininding my clients get more benefits from having a regular monthly session or two rather than a one and done mentality. It’s like giving yourself a check-up from the neck up each month. Just like you go to the doctor to make sure everything is physically okay, it's important to make sure you're taking care of your mental health too. It also gives you an accountability partner, how awesome is that? And honestly, who couldn't use a little extra support in that department?
Oh, and one more thing I wanted to mention - having a monthly session with a mental wellness coach doesn't have to be a huge time commitment or inconvenience. In fact, a lot of coaches, counselors, and doctors these days offer online sessions via video chat, which means you can have your session from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you happen to be). It's super convenient, and it means you don't have to worry about commuting to an office or anything like that.
Plus, having your sessions online can actually be really beneficial. It means you can work with a coach who might not be located in your area, which gives you access to a wider pool of professionals. It also means you don't have to worry about any awkward run-ins if you happen to see your coach out in public. (Trust me, it's happened to me before, and it's not great.)
So if you're worried about the logistics of adding a mental wellness coach to your life, don't be. Online sessions are easy, convenient, and just as effective as in-person sessions!
To Your Mental Wellness,
Shane
