For a while, things were going well. Afterlife has come with a few extra read-throughs needed after my summer drama, but for a while it was really coming together.
Then I got pneumonia. Pneumonia meant two more weeks of lying on the couch looking alternately at my phone or the TV, and even now I'm still keeping my work as simple as possible.
Then I ran into a formatting error... and I have very real concerns that some of you might get the book and find several chapters simply missing for no reason!!
(Don't worry too much... I aim to have that squared away by today or tomorrow at the latest. This is just me stressing out.)
Anyway, I've had to push back the full release date to December to account for the late work. The book is still coming along and the edits are making it shine--so please stick around so we can celebrate come Yuletide!
