When Destiny Turns Its Back
After being cast out from human society but failing to reintegrate with her gorgon sisters, Medusa finds herself more isolated than she has ever been. She is shocked when she runs into a man in a similar state: Asterius, the famed Minotaur mingling human and bull parentage.
Medusa and Asterius form a fast friendship and quickly conclude that if society will not accept them, then they will create a new rival kingdom—a hierarchy capable of rivaling Olympus in its splendor.
Their plan is easier said than done. Asterius’s attentions turn personal, and then romantic. In the meantime, no one can agree on what a kingdom of darkness should look like, and the results fail to line up with anyone's expectations.
When jealous gods learn of their activities, everything is thrown into jeopardy. Now Medusa is concerned not just for her own wellbeing, but that of the entire land of Eternal Night.

Author News
The release date has been set at last for the end of April.
Looking ahead, the next project on my agenda is a return to Madcaps--but I've also been cooking up a lot of new ideas for science fiction as well. My husband and I have been getting sucked into the Warhammer 40k lore, which has oodles of space-themed adventures and misadventures to explore.
I've also resumed guitar lessons after a 5-year absence, and it's hard to practice guitar without thinking just a little bit about the events in the next Alien Rock Stars book.
I'll try to hold off for later in the season... but no guarantees!
Ciao!
