Correction: What turns a good idea into a bestseller?

Hey everyone,
If a solid idea were all it took to make a bestseller, we all would have topped the charts by now. Inspiration hits--the idea forms--and you write it down and hit "publish."
So why doesn't it work?
It turns out that saleability and the quality of your idea are two completely separate metrics. If your book doesn't sell, that doesn't mean it was a bad idea. It just means that the finished product lacked saleability.
But there's good news. You can turn the tide to work in your favor.
Saleability comes down to several key components that you can put into place for previously published books or new brainstorms in progress.
