This last two years have a been full on for everyone.
It has affected people's mental health as well as push some people to question where they are at in their lives.
This has been me.
If you have been here for a while, you might have noticed that I am now posting less about birth. After 12 years of working around parenting and birth and 10 years with NCT...it is time to slowly move on.
Today I was running my last NCT session. Last time waking up on a weekend day to travel accross the county to meet expecting or new parents.
It has been an amazing journey on which I have been lucky to meet wonderful women and great clients.

But I have felt for a long time, that a transition was needed. It is one of the main drive behind my self development learning and coaching.
It is a scary transition as I try to create my own work, build up from scratch without contracting or working for someone else. But it is also exciting and fascinating.
Transitions are hard and I need to be gentle with myself as my chiropractor reminded me when she found my body very tense on thursday and I wondered why......pandemic, world in shitstate, new business 😅....pick one?
I should know right ?

It is also why coaching helps me, as my overactive brain keeps forgetting what helps, what I need and how to put it all together to move forward.
I will continue to support parents individually wether they want to explore Hypnobirthing or need Coaching through their fertility, pregnancy or parenting journey.
But my main focus will now be on supporting mothers who want to find more balance in their lives. Creating happiness and harmony.
