We're just weeks away from the most important election in our country's history. If you're a teen voting for the first time, or even if you're a seasoned voting veteran, you may find this information fun and enlightening.

A group of authors like me have put our heads together and created the Voting Block Party, a fun collaboration taking place over on Wattpad. Wattpad is a site where you can discover exciting new authors or enjoy work from established authors -- free.

The Block Party is a single 'work' in Wattpad created by author Kelly Anne Blount. Kelly and I met because of Wattpad. We're not related but because we have the same name, have become friends. The Voting Block Party work on Kelly's profile is actually one large book comprised of chapters, each contributed by a different author.

The non-partisan collaborative project is designed to take the mystery out of the voting process, encourage all eligible citizens to participate in the election, and explain what really happens throughout the process. We have chapters on:

• Distinguishing Fake News from Real News
• Polls and Probabilities
• Voter Fraud and Suppression
• Understanding Ballot Instructions
