All summer and most of the fall, I've been sending you updates on what I'm learning and how I'm thinking about abundance in business finance. That work has been incredibly rewarding, but as you can probably guess it was all just prelude to a pivot away from marketing.
I kept seeing the same pattern with clients: brilliant, capable entrepreneurs who had all the tools and knowledge they needed, but something was still holding them back. And honestly? I was experiencing it myself.
We'd build the strategy. Create the content plan. Set the goals. And then... nothing would happen. Or it would happen inconsistently. Or it would happen but feel completely exhausting.
Here's what I've come to understand: The problem was never the marketing strategy. It was the conditioning that made us uncomfortable being visible, ambitious, and successful in the first place. It's this enduring lie that teaches us that if we're doing good work, then we don't need to be recognized, rewarded, or even compensated for it.
So I'm building something new. It's called Buffalo Collective, and it's for entrepreneurs who are ready to do the deeper work that actually unlocks sustainable growth.
