SPRING CLEANING THE MIND
Mar 23, 2026 6:01 am
Hello Family,
As we enter a new season, we often think about cleaning our physical spaces—our homes, our offices, and our cars. But the most important "spring cleaning" we can ever do is within our own minds. Over time, we all collect "mental dust"—limiting beliefs that tell us we aren't enough, we aren't ready, or we missed our chance.
Shedding these old stories is how we make room for the new possibilities that are waiting to manifest.
A Lesson from My Book: Growth is Personal
In my book, Growth is Personal, I share how I had to undergo a significant mental transformation. For a long time, I was unaware of the power of my own words. I was living a life that was a direct result of the words I had spoken in the past—many of which were seeds of doubt or limitation.
My "spring cleaning" began when I realized that words are like seeds. I had to intentionally pull out the "weeds" of self-criticism and replace them with new, life-giving affirmations. I started declaring: "I am fruitful. I am blessed and a blessing to my world. I experience growth and abundance".
By consistently renewing my mind through the Word of God and personal development, I shed those self-imposed limits. A more authentic version of myself emerged, and life became filled with clarity and purpose. You cannot grow into a new season while holding onto the mindset of the old one.

This Week’s Challenge
Identify one "limiting belief" you’ve been carrying—perhaps a thought that says you aren't skilled enough or it's too late to start. Write it down on a piece of paper, then physically tear it up. Replace it with a powerful affirmation and speak it out loud every morning this week.
Keep growing,
