The Power of a Pivot:

Hello Family

Life rarely goes in a straight line. Sometimes, you set a goal, work hard, and suddenly realize the road is blocked. Most people see a roadblock and turn back. But the most successful people simply pivot.

A pivot isn't a failure. It is a change in strategy, not a change in your vision.

A Story from My Journey

When I first started focusing on impact, I thought I had to do everything myself. I felt that to be a "strong" leader, I had to carry every heavy lifting for the Pdac Foundation. I was exhausted.

Then, I had a conversation with a mentor who told me, "Ogo, if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

I had to pivot my leadership style. I moved from being a "doer" to being a "builder of people." By stepping back and empowering others, the foundation grew faster than I ever could have pushed it on my own. I didn't give up on the children; I just changed how I served them.

This Week’s Challenge

Take a look at your goals for this month. If something isn't working, don't quit. Ask yourself: “What is one small shift I can make today to get back on track?”

Keep growing,
