MID-YEAR AUDIT
Jun 08, 2026 4:34 am
Hello Family,
Can you believe we are already halfway through the year? Time moves quickly, and it is easy to get caught up in the "doing" of life without checking to see if we are still heading in the right direction. A Mid-Year Audit is not about judging yourself for what you haven't done; it’s about checking the pulse of your vision to ensure you finish the year strong.
You cannot manage what you do not measure.
A Lesson from My Book: Growth is Personal
In my book, Growth is Personal, I talk about the "Personal Growth GPS." Just like a GPS in a car, you need to know your current location before you can reach your destination.
During my own seasons of growth, I learned that I had to be brutally honest with myself. In the workbook section of my book, I encourage you to look at your "Success Habits." Ask yourself: Have I been consistent? Where did I get distracted? I found that when I audited my progress, I often discovered that I was busy but not productive. By stopping to "check the pulse," I could realign my daily actions with my mission to be a blessing to my world. Growth is an intentional journey, and every few months, you must pause to recalibrate.
"A goal without a plan is just a wish, and a plan without an audit is just a dream." — Anonymous
This Week’s Challenge
Take 30 minutes this week to sit quietly with a notebook. Write down your top three goals for 2026.
- What is working well? (Celebrate this!)
- What has stalled?
- What is one thing you can change this month to get back on track?
Keep growing,
Ogo Ogbueli
