COURAGEOUS LEADERSHIP
Mar 30, 2026 6:01 am
Hello Family,
Most people think leadership is about being in the spotlight. But the hardest part of leadership often happens when no one is watching. It is about the "hard calls"—those quiet, difficult decisions you make in private that define the direction of your life and your organization.
Courageous leadership is choosing to follow your internal compass even when the world is pointing in a different direction.
A Lesson from My Book: Growth is Personal
In my book, Growth is Personal, I share how for many years I felt a deep sense of dissatisfaction and a longing for something more while staying at home. The "hard call" wasn't a public announcement; it was a private, courageous decision I made in 2018 to embrace personal development and step into the unknown.
At that time, I had to choose between staying in my comfort zone or taking a leap of faith to discover my true potential. No one was cheering me on in those early hours of study and reflection. It was a personal commitment to growth that required unwavering discipline and relentless effort. Making that call to invest in myself, even when I felt incapable or disadvantaged, is what eventually birthed the Pdac Foundation and everything we do today.
Real leadership starts with the courage to lead yourself first.

This Week’s Challenge
What is a "hard call" you need to make in your personal life or work? Don't wait for an audience to approve it. Make the decision today because it aligns with your purpose, and trust that the results will eventually speak for themselves.
Keep growing,
