it's feedback time!

Hello, Productive .

It's FEEDBACK Time!

Well done! You made it to the end of the third and last month of the programme!

Congratulations!

As stated at the beginning of this journey, you are to send a report at the end of a complete month. However, since it's the wrap-up of the programme, share your overall view too.

The report will help you to review the journey you've been on so far.

Use the format below to share your response;

• What have you achieved for the month?

,

• What specific transformation have you noticed or happened to you?

• What questions do you want answers to?

You can send written, audio, or video feedback. We'd love any format that you choose.

I look forward to reading, listening, or watching your testimonials/feedback.

To a productive you,

Raheemah

Your Productivity Buddy.

NOTE: Send your full name as you want it to appear on the certificate of participation.
