You MUST learn to prioritize self-care activities, such as exercise, healthy eating, meditating, journaling, mindfulness, and sufficient sleep, as they contribute to overall well-being and productivity.
When you're always tired due to fatigue, you will be at your lowest productivity level which we don't want you to get to before practicing self-care.
Find the activity that you love and enjoy which rejuvenates you to indulge in it!
Having a cat nap of 10 to 20 minutes in the afternoons can replenish you fast.
