Peace be upon you,



I got wind of something happening that someone didn't let me know and I was ready to give it hot to the person. However, before my thoughts ran erratic, I calmed them down as I took deep breaths through my nose and out through my mouth. Doing this for a couple of rounds saw me calm and made the decision to not attack the person with the question, "Why wasn't I told?" Rather, I waited and the waiting paid off because the person told me about the event not long after I'd heard of it.


This incident taught me to be mindful in the moment and not allow my thoughts to take me for a ride because there are always easier ways to approach things.

Sara closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Inhaling slowly through her nose, she felt the cool air fill her lungs. She held it for a moment, letting the tension melt away, before exhaling slowly through her mouth, releasing all the stress and worry with each breath.


For the next five minutes, Sara focused solely on her breath. Inhaling and exhaling, she allowed herself to be fully present in the moment, letting go of all distractions and anxieties. With each breath, she felt a sense of peace wash over her, calming the storm within her mind.


As the minutes passed, Sara felt the tension in her body ease, and her racing thoughts quiet. In the stillness of her breath, she found clarity and focus returning. By the time she opened her eyes, she felt rejuvenated and ready to tackle the tasks ahead with renewed energy and purpose.
