CALL FOR PRECEPTORS: Hope Health Fair 2024

We are looking for pharmacists to volunteer! This event is also in collaboration with VPhA-USA and OCSHP. Please see details below:

Hope Health Fair 2024 | Health Screening Booth & Immunizations

Date: Saturday, October 5th, 2024

Time: 9am-12pm (8am set-up)

Location: Vietnamese Catholic Center |

1538 Century Blvd, Santa Ana, CA 92703

We are currently looking for PRECEPTORS at this time.

Thank you to all students who have signed up for this event as we have reached optimal capacity. We are no longer taking more students at this time.

Services to be provided: 

1) Flu Immunizations

2) Blood Pressure 

3) Blood Glucose

4) BMI calculation and education

5) Medication reconciliation and patient education
