We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support over what has been a very difficult year for all of us.
No doubt about it, 2020 has given us problems to solve and challenges to overcome.
It has asked us to be patient, to be still and above all, to be there for each other.
I read the other day about Connection = Protection.
Connecting protects our mental health
Connecting protects our bonds with others
Connecting protects our sense of well being
Connecting protects our sense of belonging and happiness.
With that in mind, connecting with you, from all of us at Occupational Therapy Brisbane, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy and safe New Year.
