This is why you feel like you never have enough time. ⏱

Nov 21, 2022 2:31 pm

Hey , I hope you’re having a great day today.

If you’re like me, there have been days you wish you had more time. Like, instead of just 24 hours, you somehow wish there were a few more hours in the day so you could finish something you started.

Well, what if I told you there was a way to get more time?

This is a hack I’ve been using for around 3 years now, and to say it has saved me a ton of time is a huge understatement.

And that hack, ladies, and gents, is …

(drumroll)

Using to-do lists. Yes. Absolute Game-changer!

The thing is, planning your day might only take you about 10 minutes. Most people don't realize, though, that those 10 minutes can save you up to two hours of time that you would have wasted otherwise.

Here's what you need to do! To save time the next day, write down what you want to do the night before. And when the next day is over, write down what you didn't get done so you can add it to the list for the next day. Keep doing this over and over until you get the results you want.

Another reason to plan the night before is that if you write down your list of things to do the night before, your mind will start working on it while you sleep. You'll often wake up with great ideas and thoughts that will help you do your work faster and better, letting you do more than you thought possible.

If your thoughts and plans are all over the place, you won't have much clarity, and you're more likely to get less done during the day. If you plan your days ahead of time, you'll be more productive and find it easier to keep going.

When you plan the night before, you can fill your days with important tasks that are good for your overall health. There's no guessing about what you should be doing every hour.
