💧 What is your value?

Right above, we have a bottle of water.

If you were to go to a supermarket to buy one, it would probably cost you $.50.

If you were at the gym and wanted to buy one, it could cost you $2.

If you went to the movies and wanted to get one, it would cost you, say, $3.

And if you were at the airport, maybe $6.

But here's the thing: It’s the same water.

It’s not like the one at the airport has a sprinkle of fairy dust in it.

It is literally the same water.

The only thing that changed its value was the environment.

Throughout your life, you may have believed that you were only worth $.5, but that could just be because you have spent your entire life in the company of people who valued you at $.5.

You have to choose your company wisely because it can make all the difference in your life.

So the next time you feel like you don’t have a lot of worth, maybe you're just in the wrong environment.

(Inspired by a quote from Kobi Simmons.)
