⏳ 7 Productivity hacks I wish I knew sooner!

I have been a personal growth and productivity junkie for quite a while now. I have tried a lot of the hacks recommended and have seen some amazing results.
It's incredible how simple changes in behaviour can lead to such profound improvements.
However, the key is not just trying out different strategies but also finding what works best for you personally.
So today I decided to compile 7 of the best productivity hacks I have discovered so far on my journey that you can try today!
1. 5/25 rule
This is one of the best things to ever happen to me.
It was discovered by Warren Buffet, and here is how it works:
a. List your top 25 goals
b. Circle the top 5
c. Ignore the remaining 20 for now
d. Arrange the 5 from most important to least important
e. Start with the most important one, then proceed in order
2. Five minute rule.
Want to put an end to procrastination? Do this:
a. Set a time limit of 5 minutes to do a task you have been procrastinating on
b. Do it for 5 minutes only
c. If, after 5 minutes, you want to stop, you can
The trick is that you wouldn’t want to stop.
3. Parkinson’s law.
This law states, “Work expands to fill the time available for its completion.”
What it means is that the amount of time you set aside to work is usually the amount of time it’ll take you to complete the work.
If you set aside five minutes to complete something, it’ll take you that amount of time to work, or at least you’ll make a tonne of progress within that time.
So use shorter time frames to get more done in less time.
4. Single task
Multitasking isn’t the way forward. It is the way backwards.
It only leads to more mistakes, more stress and little progress.
Instead, do one thing at a time.

5. Say no.
You don’t need to say yes to everything.
You are allowed to say no.
In fact, I would argue that no should be your default.
The more you say yes to stuff, the less time you have for the things that matter to you.
So start saying no to people.
You can’t please everyone.
6. Quarter-day rule.
Have you ever felt like just because you wasted your morning, your day was ruined?
Well, lucky for you, there's something called the quarter-day rule to save the rest of your day.
Basically, it works by splitting your day into 4 quarters.
Morning, afternoon, evening, and night.
Then you schedule 1 or 2 tasks for each quarter.
That way, you get a chance to live 4 days in 1.
If you waste one quarter, you can make up for it in the next.
7. Rest.
Yes. You might not have expected this to be here, but it needs to be here.
You can’t be productive without being fully rested.
As unproductive as it may seem, it isn’t.
It is one of the best things you can do for your productivity and overall health.
