Africa has some great options, but we need to be smart about it.
Here’s what I found:
Ghana – Since 2019, Ghana has been welcoming Black folks from the U.
S.
through the Year of Return program.
It’s full of culture and history, and you’ll see Black people everywhere, which feels amazing....

A recent study by GLAAD found that in 2022, 28.5% of films featured an LGBTQ character - that's the highest number they've ever recorded.
How amazing is that?
