OMG, can you believe we're already halfway through January? 🤯
Listen, I know this time of year can feel ROUGH. The holiday sparkle has faded, it's cold, and everything feels a bit... blah. I totally get it. Some days you just want to pull the covers over your head and hibernate, right?
But here's the real talk - you're SO much stronger than you realize. 💪
Those moments when you're feeling tired or a bit down? TOTALLY NORMAL. Seriously. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with you. It means you're human, and humans have seasons - just like nature does.
Quick MLK Day reminder: Dr. King always said, "If you can't fly, then run. If you can't run, then walk. If you can't walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward."
So here's your permission slip to:
- Take it slow
- Be kind to yourself
- Celebrate tiny wins
- Rest when you need to
You've got this. And on the days you don't feel like you do? That's okay too.

I often thought he only drew white men..but I was surprised and delighted to see that he DID draw black men also!
